Scope of the project:

Customer, after raising their capital, decided to develop the business by expanding both existing services and introducing a range of complementary products

Our mission:

  • Development of management reporting, taking into account both current and planned product lines. Reports have been adapted to the business model of the company.
  • On the basis of the above schemes, preparation of the budget (one year) and plan (3 years)
