Scope of the project:
Many times, for our client who are active in the construction industry, we have settled construction projects realized in Poland worth dozens of millions of zlotys. This time our client took part in tender for investments in the Benelux.
Our mission:
- At the tender stage, analysis of all the consequences of taxation, including income tax, VAT, withholding tax in such a way that the profitability of the project has not been disturbed
- Conducting the process of registration of employees in accordance with the regulations of the country of investment
- Settlement of the project
Result:
The project has been completed and the assumptions about the profitability of the project has been met.
